Meet TeeJay B

TeeJay is a hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience, starting at the front desk and rising to General Manager at Marriott and Hyatt-branded properties. Along the way, she built expertise across staffing, event planning and coordination, and executive leadership, developing a sharp eye for the moments that make or break a guest's experience.

That standard didn't start as a business philosophy. It started as how TeeJay ran a front desk, then a property, then an entire guest experience, long before it had a name.

After a decade inside some of the biggest names in hospitality, TeeJay saw the same gap over and over: properties with the resources to deliver excellence, but without the hands-on attention it actually takes to make every guest feel it. So she set out to bring that standard to businesses directly, one property, one team, one event at a time. That's how 7 Star Standard was born.
